After washing, trimming and tapping dry the Fresh Spring Onion bunch, wrap it loosely in a damp paper towel. Slid it inside an airtight container or resealable bag and place it in the crisper drawer of your fridge.
Garlic
Store Garlic uncovered in a wire-mesh basket paper bag, or egg carton with plenty of dry air and little light to inhibit sprouting. Place at room temperature in a dry, dark place that has ample air circulation. Do not remove cloves from the bulb to not shorten its lifetime. Do not refrigerate or store garlic in plastic bags to avoid molding. Store minced garlic in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
Green Watermelon
The Kiran watermelon and Kiran No. 2 watermelon have a smooth, dark green and relatively thin outer rind with subtle dark green to black stripes running the length of the fruit
Red Onion
Red Onions have pale to bright, maroon or pinkish papery skin, and white inner flesh which emits sharp fragrance and flavor as soon as peeled or cut. Red Onions are pungent and spicy, compared to its white, brown, or yellow counterparts and yet, still great for eating raw. They work wonders on many stir-fried, grilled and roasted dishes requiring distinct smoky, sweet onion flavor.
Fresh Mint
