Store Garlic uncovered in a wire-mesh basket paper bag, or egg carton with plenty of dry air and little light to inhibit sprouting. Place at room temperature in a dry, dark place that has ample air circulation. Do not remove cloves from the bulb to not shorten its lifetime. Do not refrigerate or store garlic in plastic bags to avoid molding. Store minced garlic in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
Red Onion
Red Onions have pale to bright, maroon or pinkish papery skin, and white inner flesh which emits sharp fragrance and flavor as soon as peeled or cut. Red Onions are pungent and spicy, compared to its white, brown, or yellow counterparts and yet, still great for eating raw. Remove Broccoli from plastic wrapping. Wash it only when ready to use. If not, make sure it’s completely dry before storage. Cover with paper towels and slid it in a plastic bag and place it in the fruits and vegetable compartment. It can last 3 to 5 days when stored properly.
