Garlic
Store Garlic uncovered in a wire-mesh basket paper bag, or egg carton with plenty of dry air and little light to inhibit sprouting. Place at room temperature in a dry, dark place that has ample air circulation. Do not remove cloves from the bulb to not shorten its lifetime. Do not refrigerate or store garlic in plastic bags to avoid molding. Store minced garlic in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
Fresh Mint
After washing, trimming and tapping dry the Fresh Mint bunch, wrap it loosely in a damp paper towel. Slid it inside an airtight container or resealable bag and place it in the crisper drawer of your fridge.
Mandarine
Keep Mandarine well-refrigerated. To maximize shelf life, store Mandarine unwashed in the fridge to avoid moisture retention on the skin that can lead to mold and spoilage. Wash thoroughly upon use.
Spring Onion
After washing, trimming and tapping dry the Fresh Spring Onion bunch, wrap it loosely in a damp paper towel. Slid it inside an airtight container or resealable bag and place it in the crisper drawer of your fridge.
White Mushrooms
Keep White Mushrooms in its original packaging. If to be kept for a while, keep them in a paper bag, or in a damp cloth bag in the refrigerator to allow ventilation and preserve its texture. Avoid†storing mushrooms in a plastic bag, which causes them to deteriorate quickly.
